Nassau Coliseum Sportsman’s Outdoor Expo

Postby Hunter25 » Fri Jan 29, 2010 9:35 am

Today starts the outdoor expo at the Nassau Coliseum, it goes till Sunday. Anyone going? It’s usually decent, not overly impressive. I try to go every year because it’s so close to my house and I can always use an excuse to buy hunting products. I looked at the line up and it seems like it’s mostly geared towards Fishing but there are usually a lot of outfitters there as well. If anyone is going maybe I will see your there. Below is a link to the exhibitor directory:

I missed it, but I did go a few years back and it wasn't very impressive. I heard there is a hugh sportsman show in PA sometime in feb. Do you know anything about that. Ha just found the link http://www.easternsportshow.com/ It's a bit out there, probably by the Cabela's in PA.
have you ever been to Cabelas out there? MAN! what a store, never mind it's a Museum, I was in Dorney Park last summer and doev out there to Hamburg, PA
I could have spent a week there, very nice. Supposedly the we planning to open a Cabelas iat the Meadowlands, but hasn't happen yet.

I never made it either I got really busy last weekend and never got a chance to go. I have a feeling I didn’t miss much. I heard that the Harrisburg show is huge and that it’s really good. I haven’t been to Cabelas, but my brother has and said it’s awesome. I spend so much money on the website, I can’t even imagine the damage that it would do to my credit card if I went to the store LOL. I’m sure I will get there one day.
